Ponce City Market is one of the newest trending places to be. Everyone is going. I've been twice in the past month and did two different things. The first time I walked around with my family, took a walk on the Beltline towards Piedmont Park. Then we ate lunch at W. H. Stiles Fish Camp. The next time that I went to Ponce City Market, I went on a tour. A whole other type of experience. I learned the history of the building, saw things I never noticed the first time, and even had a surprise at the end. Then, I had lunch at Bellina and took a walk towards Krog Street Market. Either way you see it, it's a great activity! Going to an outdoor concert! From Keith Urban to Elli Golding to Journey there is a concert for everyone. Sit down on the lawn and enjoy some of your favorite music while you watch the sunset. Spending the day or weekend on the lake is another one of my guilty pleasures. The nearest lakes from Atlanta are Lake Lanier and Lake Altoona. Both offer great boat rentals. So grab some friends and family and rent a boat! During the warmer months, I love to go outside with my friends, family, and dogs and take a hike. There are many places around 2 hours away from Atlanta. Some of my favorite hikes and views are Stone Mountain, Kennesaw Mountain, Indian Seat Trail, Amocicola Falls, Mountain Yonah, and Preachers Rock. Most of these trails are very easy to moderate. They are a great way to get some exercise and be social with friends.
